Return Policy

Any damaged product must be reported to Floorsafe International office within 3 days of receiving goods. Damaged product shall be returned by customer to Floorsafe International who shall dispatch a replacement at no cost.

Should a customer require to return goods Floorsafe International will either exchange the goods or allow a credit against another purchase. If the customer requires a refund a 20% handling fee shall be charged & deducted from the original tax invoice amount.
